    When I get a negative reaction to something – I give myself (your advice) a 2 second break to turn it around/think of another way to do something – it really works and find myself turning other people’s negative sentences around too – it seems to be fear of things – through our conditioning by family/media that makes us think negative – thanks to you I’m a stronger/more confident person
