    Alison,

    I love this post. Mornings are usually very chaotic for me and I hate leaving the house for work feeling rushed and behind before I even start the day! I’m going to try this and see if I can get it to work. My children are all grown and gone, but I have 3 dogs and 1 cat that can be every bit as demanding as a group of two year olds!

    I am also really looking forward to your upcoming post regarding a warm green smoothie. I started drinking them just this year and love the way I feel, but…..with cold weather coming on (I live in the Midwest region of the US), I really wanted something a little warm, so I have stopped drinking the green smoothies and have been starting the day with a pot of hot tea instead. I love the tea, but my body doesn’t feel nearly as good without the added benefits from the green smoothies. I have been wondering what I could do. Your timing is perfect for me!!
